Power. If 2 old men could've KD JC, Froch can. Froch is no bum and more talented than people give him credit for. He also comes on stronger as the fight goes on. The only time I saw him somewhat tired was the first fight against Kessler and that was due to jet lag. Wasn't impressed with Kessler either. Believe that was hometown cooking.

Anyhow Calzaghe. Let's just talk about what many people tend to do on this board. They prop up certain fighters while discrediting other types. Joe Calzaghe is one of those guys propped up. He's not that great at all. Ward and Froch have better resumes than him period. I give Calzaghe his just dues for doing everything at the opportune moment but don't get it twisted. He's overrated here on ESB. He's a HOF at best. So is Sylvester Stallone.

He's has ATG theatricality. I'll give him that but those slaps aren't doing **** to Froch or Ward. He retired at the right time. When Jeff Lacy and Peter Manfredo are arguably in your top 5 opponents you've faced, the rest are old men, you're not that great. I don't fall into this group minded stuff that goes on here at ESB. Froch's claim to fame of being a warrior is because he had to ho balls to the wall in most fights to get the W. Behind on the cards to Taylor, tge same Taylor who was stopped in 7 off Pavlik.

He arguably lost to Dirrell and refused to acknowledge such. He lost to a shop worn Kessler, the same Kessler who Calzaghe beat primed and even in the rematch against a semi retired Kessler Froch still had a harder time than Joe did.

Froch wasn't a big puncher and he didn't have tge timing that both Hopkins or Jones did, Infact I'd bet the bank on the verdict of Hopkins that JC beat would stand Froch on his head.

Froch is made for Calzaghe, he's not going to get rid of Joe with one punch, he's not going to outbox him nor out speed him and if you are banking on Froch down the home straight with hus stamina I add you when has Calzaghe ever struggled with his own punch output or stamina?

Froch would've KD JC atleast twice if he didn't knock him out period. Those pity pat punches aren't doing anything. Froch is a warrior. Calzaghe is a magician with British stoppages.
