i thought ward vs kovalev should have been given to kovalev, i see it like this it could have gone either way but in the sense you could have scored it 117-110 to kovalev if you gave kovalev all the close rounds, while if you gave ward all the close rounds and every benefit of the doubt imaginable you would have got a score of 114-113 to ward. That why i consider that a robbery, for unbias judges 8 to 9 times out of 10 they should score the fight to kovalev, how all 3 gave it to ward iv no idea

on the other hand ggg was a close and clear victory no robbery

This is really an anti-ppv argument though. I'd prefer GGG-Jacobs was on regular HBO instead of ppv too, but there have been many far worse "ppv" events recently.

 

also for the last 6 rounds kovalev only won 1 round out of 18 on the judges scorecards, that looks seriously suspect, especially with rounds like round 10 where kovalev was really going hard on ward.

 

Golovkin Jacobs 115-112 Golovkin. Some rounds were very close though and the knockdown made a big difference.

Kovalev Ward I've actually scored a couple of times but the best I could come up with for Ward was a solitary point loss and that was with me looking to give him the benefit of the doubt every step of the way. Andre performed magnificently in spots during the second half of the fight but let the fight get away from him during the first half. I would of liked to see a rematch if Kovalev had got the official decision as I would then have picked Ward to start better and win a rematch but he lost that first fight quite clearly. His lack of confidence in a rematch is also making me think he might lose again whereas directly after the first fight I said expect him to dominate a rematch.

 

You didn't give Worm or Sconiers a rematch.

Thanks for taking the time to respond in detail, but I must respectfully disagree. Kov-Ward was razor close, could have gone either way imo, whereas I scored 8 rounds to Jacobs.
