Whyte is now off the Brook/Spence card as Hearn has lined up him a fight vs a big name to headline his own show at the o2 London June 3rd.

    Who could it be?

My possible candidates would be: Wilder, Lucas Browne, Luis Ortiz, Bryant Jennings

I could also see Breazele but he isn't what I would call a big name. Thoughts?

Jennings perhaps? He can't headline against an inactive name.

It won't be Wilder, as he will not travel for Whyte. It won't be Ortiz, as he just left Hearn and joined Haymon. I'd wager on Jennings or, as a long shot, Ruiz Jr.

I reckon Jennings, sounded like they both want the fight.

Jennings didn't come across like an idiot so I reckon him and his team want a long camp to prepare for Whyte.

Tyson Fury or Dell rematch - Whyte's great pre fight acting has got him on Sky Box Office

It could only be Jennings as no one else is available, but let's be honest the last time Eddy said he had a big name for Murray it turned out to be rosado ffs.

If the money's good enough he'd surely travel for anyone mate. He was going to Russia for Povetkin. It'd sell him to the British public and set up a fight for AJ or dare I say it...Bellew in early winter.

I'm just speculating though and probably miles off.

He was going to Russia because his team lost a purse bid. It was either that or lose the belt..

I'm not sure Whyte would bring the money Wilder would need for that fight...

Byrant Jennings is hardly a big name, but he is certainly a very well respect fighter and under rated.

It would be an intriguing match up if it gets made.

Ruiz Jr would also be an intriguing fight, although Whyte could just use his jab and range to win a decision.

Agree with the above. Jennings not a big name but certainly a decent fighter, one I'd probably back to beat Whyte. Annoying that Ortiz left Hearn as this would have been a very easy fight for him to make against Whyte. Breazeale is hardly a proper name either but he has been on UK PPV so I guess it could be him...coming off the back of a really good fight too.

Can't see it being Wilder, his next fight absolutely reeks of Wach.

It wont be Jennings. Eddie has said continuously that they want a tall opponent for Dillian. Only the other day Hearn said that they want someone who is at least 6'6 for Whyte.

This will probably come back to bite me, but I guarantee you it will be Breazeale.

Although having said that Eddie has just started following Alexander Dimitrenko on twitter....

    Surely not...
