    To be fair, unless it's a really specific quote of one fighter, most quotes being posted in here are said by many haha

    "It is what it is" - that's by far the worst thing boxers say.

    And NO ONE outside of the boxing world says that useless sentence. Only boxers are stupid enough to say it, probably because they're punch-drunk.

    The sentence has no meaning. Boxers probably WANT to say "let it be", but they can't formulate the right words into a coherent utterance.
