There's been talk of this happening. Who do you think would win?

I go frampton.. ive always rated carl highly and altho he took a defeat vs lsc2, ive put that down to ineffeciant generalmanship which his trainer has to take a big brunt of the responsibility for.
On the flip side ive never been a big fan of lee selbys but against a cerain style (come fwd in straight lines pressure fighters) he dominates all day long. Anyone at 126 bringing that style to selby will get beat.
Other styles lee seems a lot less confident and capable with. Anyone creating angles or countering and he just isnt as good. Hes predictable, poor at certain moves and has a very poor defence at mid range.
Hes done well for himself though and good luck to him

Even though frampton is smaller, think he has the pedigree to get a points win. I've kinda forgotten if selby is any good or not

I said Selby would win after Frampton beat LSC, and people thought I was crazy, now people are singing a different tune.

Selby points, too big, too rangy also got a very good chin IMO. Cant see Frampton having the power and no way he wins on points over 12 rounds.

Frampton is much the better boxer but Selby is probably too much the bigger man. As said we simply dont know how good Selby is - he is largely unproven, but he is a full sized feather. Frampton is a proven world class fighter...but at superbantam. Selby is an unproven at world class fighter at featherweight. So any result is possible here.

Quality scrap, could go either way. Really hope this fight happens in 2017 although I have my doubts. Selby just doesn't bring any money.

He's kind of in the same situation as Flanagan.

I want to see Selby in with a big name to see what he is made of, you have to make Frampton favourite based on opposition so far.

50/50 fight but i would probably lean towards selby based on what we saw in the LSC rematch. I was there when selby won the world title and he was just excellent. His movement on the inside to avoid shot was a real joy to watch. Fantastic footwork. He showed that in spurts against Hunter but he didnt look motivated for me.

Hope it happens ill be getting a ticket to watch that.

Based on what Ive seen of Selby he looked to me to be wide open to getting hit with a bomb at any time. He has a very poor guard. Movement alone wont avoid every punch - sooner or later - without a tight guard, he is going to ship a big bomb - then we shall see what happens....

People saying Selby is rangy but Santa Cruz has longer arms and Carl found ways to penetrate.

I see Framptons engine and experience too much for Selby in this one.

Selby's inactivity is his downfall, Frampton has been active and fighting at world level.
