"I respect the judges, but they were wrong"
"He ran all night"
"I was the aggressor"

Heard British fighters like Paul Smith say this loads, "Over there in Germany you have to knock him out to get a DRAW!!" and then the Sky/BoxNation whatever commentary team say that every round of every fight when there is a Brit fighting in Germany.

 

Actually I've also heard a few fighters start saying "Chat Shyt Get banged" just because Joshua said it in some interview after the Dillian Whyte fight.

 

"Talk with my promoter" -annoying AF

"I want to thank Al Haymon" -cringworthy

"I'm in the best shape of my life" -rolls eyes

 

"I'm a junior middleweight" - Canelo

 

"I'm not a true middleweight" - Canelo
"I'm going to knock Floyd out" - Conor

 

Not really a phrase but but what gets under my skin is, "Most definitely" By Wilder. He says it way too often.

Others have already included this but to reiterate it's even more annoying when the post fight interviewer asks them a question and they first respond with, "well first of all I'd just like to thank god for this victory"....

 

"Going to be a war this!" - someone when basically any fight is announced despite how unlike a war it will be.

 

" He Ran " or "all he did all night was run"

learn to fight on the inside and outside and cutting the ring off bitc* !!!

 

Wlad vs Ruiz?

 

"I feel so strong at this weight" - when a fighter moves weight classes.

They often end up getting KTFO

 

Not sure if you're UK based but I see someone say that about Brian Rose-Jack Arnfield. Awful

 

Alas I don't know those guys. I live a lot more south.
