Well that's bullshyte as arguably Castillo beat him first time round, he struggled with old ODLH and some people had him losing to Maidana.

Just keeping it real like. ....

Who is you guys? I would give Mayweather a good chance against Golovkin if he had stayed active.

LOL Duran's victory over Barkley is more impressive than anything Floyd has done in a very calculated career.

As for GGG I personally don't want to see the fight as I think GGG bullies him to a conclusive win but if he's as easy work as Floyd says then the true legends take these tests.

Floyd has never fought a beast like Duran, let Lone SRL, Hearns, Benetiz or Hagler.

Yes we're serious. Prime Roberto Duran really busts up Mayweather. He hurts Mayweather, he drops Mayweather and he beats him like a drum.

De la Hoya is only 4 years older than him and he was an elite fighter , it is no shame to struggle against
someone like that , even when he is past his prime.
Duran lost 16 times , he was a great lightweight but he was not that good in the higher weight classes.
You Guys are nostalgic about the old times but older is not always better , especially not in boxing Terms.
Every Fighter struggles in Fights , but that means nothing.
In a Fight Roberto Duran vs Floyd Mayweather would Mayweather be the favorite ,it is what it is.

Yea, guy beats Ray Leonard, but he's not "good" in the higher weight classes. He was ahead on the cards against Hagler after 12 rounds, but still not "good" in the higher weight classes. Do yourself a favor and log off the computer. Put the machine down and step away before you hurt yourself.

Not that great fighters don't beat fighters of the ilk of SRL, Barkley, Moore, etc and go the distance with the Haglers and the Benitez' of the world.

I ask you does Floyd have a reduce that can boast fighters on par with Hearns, Hagler, Benetiz, SRL, Cuevas, Moore, Barkley, I could keep going?

And bear in mind this is in his not very good stage of his career as you put it.....

I did not say he was not good , i said he was not that good comparing him to his Lightweight time where he was
    unstoppable.
But he was never the number one in the higher weight classes for such a Long time as Floyd Mayweather.
    Mayweather never lost a Fight.
He fought against Manny Pacquiao who was similar to Duran or even better and Pacquiao had no Chance ,
despite what a lot of People say.

He is not wrong. Every big name that Mayweather fought was at a decline. Pac after KTFO, Cotto after bricks, DLH at the very end of his career, Mosley shot to hell, Judah after he was beat by Baldomir, Hatton after Collazo took his soul etc. He fought with an advantage in every fight, everything in his favour. HE is a tremendous athlete but he is an opportunist above all else. Who knows how his fights against Prime DLH, Mosley, Pac would play out?

They would have played out exactly the same.
