You do realise Ward was inactive longer than Froch and didn't do him any harm.

Froch should enjoy his retirement, coming back from retirements
rarely work out. especially for someone that isn't that skilled and
doesn't have an elite skillset to fallback on.

Froch was a true warrior, but it's over

He has a new nose to take into consideration but if he could get somebody that could help him sell out Wembley stadium for 90,000,001 spectators he would go for it.

I think there's a chance he will if Kessler is successful in his comeback bid and secures a SMW strap.

I sound like a Ward fan :)...I know wards last fight was a competitive fight against Kovalev (I had Kovalev winning). I'm sure you know Kovalev though...Froch last fight was against Groves in a rematch.

I truly believe that if Ward and froch fought 100 times...Ward would have him covered every single time. And it's cool to disagree :)

You're entitled to your opinion and you have good reason for it, considering Ward did in fact beat Froch conclusively.

However I believe that froch was naive and awe struck by Ward, giving him too much respect in their encounter.

The post ward Froch would have given him no quarter and would have pounced on him before Ward would be able to get in his rhythm and turn the fight into a bore fest

Froch did well in 2nd revenge fights. Think ward is just too good though.

If people are into it...that's cool. I'd prefer a domestic degale v groves rematch - both seem to have improved and now it'd be a title fight. Each to their own.

Wonder with age if Kessler or hypothetically froch will have trouble making 168?

if Kovalev could not win (disputed or not) how is a smaller guy like Froch who does not have the same size, power or skillset as Kovalev going to beat Ward especially with a 3+ year layoff.

There is favouritism but look at it rationally too.
