Kovalev outboxed and beat Ward up. He was the better man on the night, if the judges didn't award Ward the faux victory, you wouldn't be behaving as if Ward is some kind of untouchable God who no fighter can touch

Ward's reflexes are fading, even berrera had success against him after putting it on him. Froch learns from his first fights and comes back stronger, it would be definitely be a close fight, especially if there is a neutral ref that calls Ward up on his spoilling.

Froch has never been beaten twice by the same opponent. Every single rematch he has had, he adjusted and stepped up a level to conquer his foe.

I had the second Kessler fight a draw.
Froch got shook multiple times by Groves in the return.

You're trying to paint Froch as some kind of master strategist, which he's not.

Kessler has much better chances to comeback than him, because he's a much better boxer. Carl would get destroyed at this point; Groves cracked his chin.

Well you do not have a keen eye for judging fights if you thought Froch-Kessler 2 was a draw or you simply do not think highly of Froch to the point where it skews your judgement.

I'm not painting Froch as a master strategist, rather someone who's will and determination always lends them to find a way through to victory.

Groves knocked down an ill prepared Froch in their first fight, yet didn't do so the second time. In fact Froch ruined Grove's as a boxer from beating the stuffing out of him in both fights to the point where now hardly anyone takes Groves seriously.

Who has Ward ever destroyed btw? You really believe Ward will test Froch's chin?

Destroyed would imply that the fighter left their opponent in such a state that they were unable to go the full 12 rounds, i.e the ref has to step in to prevent further damage being delievered, or there is a knockout or series of knock downs where the opponent is dragged around the ring to a one sided beat down.

None that happened to Froch, Ward beat him conclusively while outboxing him beautifully like I said before, but you'd have to be a moron to claim he destroyed him.

Groves was ahead by 3 points on one card, and behind a single point on the 2 others before being stopped.
Does that sound like a master strategist?

Froch always came through because of his punch, chin and resolve, not his skills.
His type don't age well, and Froch knows it , hence the retirement.

Kessler is an entirely different cat. I don't like his return, but wish him good luck.

Fail to see that being out boxed by a slick boxer puncher for a few rounds shows froch to be lacking in the strategy department.

He could be 11 rds behind makes no odds when you splatter your opponent all over the canvas .

Think people underestimate Carl due to his unorthodox style

Froch vs Kovalev at 175 even this late after his retirement and "if" Kovalev loses to Ward would still be the most exciting match up north of welterweight.

He destroyed a mentally weak and walking corpse Chad Dawson :sisi1

I remember Ward and Hunter believing that was the final piece to Andre Ward being at his best and there would more knockouts to come

    Mm, yes he did
Just like Brook shook GGG in that second rd, even though him and his fans won't admit it.
