    I just saw on Boxing Tribune article that Brandon Rios is considered as an opponent for Miguel Cotto this June.

    Thoughts?

    Rios at blimp weight??? Can't see it. HE looked fat as fcuk v Bradley and foldedd cause of Timmy's body shots.

    Cotto would evisertate him... Cant see it weights are all wrong

    I wonder what Rios walks around at? I'd watch it. I'm a fan of Cotto and I've been looking forward to seeing if Ricky Fuenes has made a difference to Rios :). But...I can't see Rios winning

    Another pointless fight. Rios came into the Bradley fight fat and out of shape and got ko'd by feather fists and now he gets another big money fight? Give it to someone who deserves it:lupie:

    I would be very surprised if cotto ever gets anything done at the top level again. Looks like he is just trying I make a quick buck before retiring. He's had a good career but it's over now.

    ya...I sort of agree...but he wasn't terrible in the canelo fight either.....but a rios fight is pointless to me unless theres something big behind it....otherwise he should hang it up...

    That Canelo fight was almost a year and a half ago, wow doesn't seem like it's been that long,

    Seems like Cotto could find something better than Bam Bam for a cash out/ last hurrah

    Sad, Cotto shouldn't be ending his career on these sorts of fights and let's be honest Rios is done.

    But let's be fair, it's not as if Cotto is trying to make some sort of freak show against some MMA fighter..

    Oh wait, what have I just said? Oh dear, here we go..

    He was very good vs canelo considering the wars he had plus age and size disadvantage but a 2 year layoff at his age is catastrophic especially since he cant make 147 and is undersized at 54 and 60 . He still had GREAT legs that could get him in and out until 2015 but if thats gone then he's just an old midget with an above average punch at 154. The best fighters at 47 and 54 are too young, big and hungry for cotto to beat
