I think you are talking about the worst HW Champ in History , the Guy who holds the WBC Title Hostage , the guy who will never dare to unify the Belts and the guy who will retire in 5 years unbeaten as the greatest of all time in only his opinion.

If it was just Wilder I would agree but given it seems the WBC are in on this charade as well I can see him fighting cans for as long as he wants...
Wilder refused to fight Vlad, but I don't blame him, Vlad knocked him down with a jab, then flattened him with a left hook, beat his from one side of the ring to the other in sparring..................... Wilder had had 5 voluntary title defenses in a row....................that is a record, not Wilder ordered the WBC to make Stiverne his mandatory! Stiverne has never been any good, and how his is fat, out of shape, old, inactive, what a joke. Wilder will never have to fight anyone who can fight back.........
