And the vast majority of everyone of every race has said Kovalev won the fight..it goes without saying. You'd have to give every close or even round to Ward which is very unrealistic, all the rounds Kovalev won were clear, it was a very lucky win.

Golovkin isn't Eastern European and isn't Slavic.

Also the thread is idiotic and frankly insulting with the "red dawn" crap, as if Eastern Europeans like communism. A lot of fighters listed on the first page are Asiatic or Caucasian Muslim and have nothing to do with Europe.

This is the equivalent of putting boxers from the entire American continent together under the tag "American boxers" which would then inlude everyone from Maidana to Lemieux.

Many Eastern European Slavs aren't fond of Caucasians at all. They treat them quite despicably.

 

GGG's dad is ethnic Russian but he cannot be Slavic according to some but Ward's Mom is African American and he is considered so himself and by his peers.
