    Quick Note:
Most of the Fitzsimmons and Courtney footage is in HD.
I stabilized all the camera shake and did some other cleanup.
Which means, to my knowledge, this should be the clearest footage you can see online of Jim Corbett boxing.

    Enjoy.
    Looking forward to discussions!

Just wonderful. Note how cleaning up the quality improves the visible skills.

I was genuinely surprised at how something as small as stabilization could so drastically improve the visibility of boxing skills. It's such a small thing when you compare it to all the other gaps on production quality.

    Thanks man.
Yeah, I made this after I saw nothing out there on him.

Quality of the film is a huge deal in being able to see skills. The video you posted of Dempsey slipping seven consecutive punches by Tunney was a graphic representation of this.

Nice video man. Even though skills have improved, for his time, he was ahead of the curve

Good work Reznick, you've found your niche. Taking older films, and cleaning them up, then putting the highlights here. I would have used some of Corbett's feints vs Kid McCoy, but that's splitting hairs.

I appreciate it dude, and thanks for your help.

Yeah I had to cut some good stuff out.
I was honestly more impressed with that infighting he was doing.
That particular technique is truly timeless.

    Really good work here. Thanks.

Corbett looked like a pansy, fought like a pansy and always wore pansy boxing shorts.
Looked a lot like Rigo in the ring with Fitzsimmons, always on his bicycle. But was certainly
way ahead of his time with respect to movement.

The Corbett video got 10,000 in a little over a month!
I never imagined that was possible with a Corbett video.
Definitely proud of it, as it shows interest is still alive in boxing past legends.

Also, I just uploaded a non classic related video that some of you may enjoy:

Hit and not be hit. Cassius Clay, his first time around.
