There's no point in drumming up interest in a fight you have no intention of honouring. That's worse than just staying silent because you build up false expectations, and thus far Wilder's actions have shown him to be an empty bottle. Which makes his comments no more than obnoxious posturing until they can be backed up with actions.

 

Maybe Im jumping to conclusions but it's a fight we all want to see. Wilder talking like he wants to start something is like an oasis right now as Im gettin tired of waiting and wondering whos the number one heavyweight outta these guys.

Yes, it is a fight we'd all want to see. I'm not debating that. But this isn't the first time Wilder's drummed up hopes of a big fight that never materialised and I'm getting quite weary of it now. It seems all he does is talk about which of the big name guys he wants to get in the ring with, and six months down the line nothing has happened and Wilder has taken on another patsy again. Wasn't Wilder supposed to fight Parker this year? Let's see if that materialises. I won't hold my breath.

 

This. Wilder is SUCH a fraud. Joshua has half the fights, hasn't been a pro half as long, and is ALREADY facing better fighters than Wilder.

Can't wait until this glass jawed JOKE is exposed. Wilder's management will put this off as long as possible to protect that fragile mandible by continuing to face stiff after stiff after stiff.

 

Joshua is a ****en bum. This is his first real fight. Fighting a ****en 41 year old. His resume is trash up to this point. It's about time he stepped up.

 

Yeah, I was always amused by that tagline. He might be the purest fanboy on the forums. A fanboy is someone who irrationally rates some boxers artificially high and cannot accept rational arguments or subject their own favorites to the standards they set for others. Dino arguably personifies that definition more than any other poster on this forum.
