Good find Reznick. I kind of agree with Fury, Cooney wasn't exactly winning when he got stopped, bit it was very close. Certainly a very strange fight for Haye to use as an example of complete domination. I wonder if Haye doesn't really follow boxing history much?

Goddamn, Fury is a huge guy. And unhinged enough to make him pretty scary.

That was then, this is now.

Then Fury was only a druggie.
Now he is a druggie fat slob.

Must have been when Haye Fury was scheduled, but never came off.

Haye might have been confusing Cooney with Cobb.

    Agreed.
During a Klitschko press conference, Wlad called him a clown.
Fury stands up and says "Call me a clown again."
Then, security started walking towards Fury, and then he shouts furiously "CALL ME A ****ING CLOWN."
The security stopped dead in their tracks lol

Isn't it interesting that Fury was trained by bare knuckle fighters who never trained a boxer in their life?

Perhaps some of the same weaknesses?

You could be right there, janitor about Cooney and Cobb.

Still, a bit surprised that Fury, being so passionate in defence of Cooney, let along even knowing much about him. I don't think he was even born when Holmes vs Cooney happened.

He is called Tyson for a reason.

His father was a huge boxing fan.

I am not shocked that he knows about Cooney.
