Nigeria is a poor country, they do not have all the necessary facilities other countries have available to them. Some countries focus more on other sports such as football / soccer / rugby / running. Just because the world's fastest man is from Jamaica doesn't mean he Jamaican people are born with genetically enhanced legs, it just means Jamaica focuses more on running.
