The legal case is how they've chosen to obscure what's going on. Why not just present their case if there is nothing to hide?

It's an ongoing case, they would have been advised not to discuss it. This is normal.

And in regards to the case, it has clearly been embarked upon to obscure what's going on. They could of easily cleared everything up but have chosen to keep everything out of the public eye. That looks shady as **** especially considering they initially claimed there were no charges to answer and that it was all a smear campaign.

 

Peter Fury has nothing to do with ticket sales, they obviously had a contract with Hennessy sports and Hughie is now working with Frank Warren. As far as promoting goes, that's left to the promoter.

As with the legal case its normal procedure, why would they jeopardise an ongoing court case?

Who chooses the promoter? This conversation is clearly going nowhere although I should of known better than to engage with someone who calls someone racist for being simply being annoyed with the way the Furys have conducted their business in recent years. It's a pathetic get out.

There are also no other cases wherein everybody knows about a failed test wherein it's been blacked out in such a manner - Sharapova, Povetkin you name it they've had to answer the charges whatever they may be. Tyson and Hughie get popped then we're not allowed to hear anything more about it whilst they use the legal system to try and cover up whatever the charges in fact are whilst making misleading statements about whether or not there are charges at all which they've then sought to combine with Tyson's cocaine use.

Rubbish. Legitimate criticism must be levelled at certain members of the Fury family bar Hughie over this whole affair and it would be the same for any sporting family in any sport. The racism card is just a poor excuse.
