    Mikey should be competing at welterweight. Watch the video of him sparring with Maidana. He did not look small or undersized.

    Some of you dude's are next level d1ck riders. It's not nitpicking to acknowledge a fighter has flaws lol. You have 6k posts over 4yrs so I'll assume you've been watching boxing for at least four years. Loma is an elite, next level, generational talent. However, Mikey is no slouch and one of his best weapons- his left hook, is a punch that Loma can get tagged with in the pocket.

    I don't know what you perceive to be a 'mistake', you tell me what it is and I'll explain why he does it, then I'll show you a bout where he doesn't make that 'mistake'. Sound good?

    Nicholas Walters was shorter than Lomachenko. Lomachenko isn't 5'6, he is 5'7 1/2 at the least, possibly 5'8.

    Mikey's not much bigger. People were claiming Walters was much bigger, but it turned out that Lomachenko was taller at the face off, and also taller in the ring, which suggests that Lomo is 5'7 1/2 to 5'8. Walters actually seemed like the smaller man against Lomachenko.

    I really think he takes a good shot man. He was only dropped once for like a 4 count in 399 fights in the amateurs.

    By the way, he came up off the canvas to stop that guy ;)

    Mikey is just a jab, straight, hook fighter. His punches are precise, accurate and short. He has decent timing and feel for distance. But he has no understanding of angles, he's flat footed and doesnt move well, and his style is far too predictable and he won't land a glove on someone like Loma.

    I think a fight between Loma and Linares is much more intriguing. I'm not saying Linares is better than Garcia or could beat him (his paper face might not hold up to heavy hands like Garcia) but he has beautiful skills and every tool in the toolbox. What he lacks is an iron chin and he cuts way too easily....but an undersized Loma at 135lbs might not be able to capitalize on that.

    It would be incredibly high level boxing.

    Loma is the last person who would duck anyone. So less talk, if you're confident, make the fight, send an offer. Simple as that.

    Nothing basic about Mikey. If he was basic he wouldn't be 36/0. Nothing undersized about Loma at 135, He is 5'7" and he is not frail. Mikey is 5'7" and Linares is 5'8". Loma fits right in the mix.

    Sure. When he's 'escaping' or 'evading' his opponents after letting off his combos in front of them in the pocket, he drops his hands and he's exiting, leaving him wide open to being countered. If you can explain to me why he would do that on purpose, in a pro fight, then props to you.

    Ams=Pros? Lol....

    Nobody knows how Loma's chin is b/c it hasn't been tested yet. Who's the hardest puncher he's fought GRJ?

    Damn you're a terrible judge of talent, lol. Literally watch Mikey's last fight and how he knocked out Zlat, using............Angles. If Mikey is so predictable how come he's never been stopped? How come he's never lost? Never land a glove on Loma? Like I said some of y'all have no basis in reality, or straight up don't know boxing.

    Ok there guy :thumbsup: You go ahead and continue to think Loma has an untested chin and I'll go ahead and go out on a limb and say his chin is solid :)

    Never said "Pros = Ams" but in 399 fights Loma was dropped ONCE for a 3-4 count. I think that's a good sign as far as his chin goes.

    Well he hasn't been caught legit yet so it really doesn't matter until he does, I think we can agree on that.
