Here's my opinion piece on Usyk at HW: https://www.boxingforum24.com/threads/an-evaluation-of-usyks-and-other-top-cws-chances-at-hw.585328/
"Fighter A is ducking Fighter B because Fighter B called him out and they haven't fought." In fact, if you use any reference to any fighter ever calling another fighter out as if that means something, YDKSAB. What the above means is Fighter B wants a payday and some idiots buy into the idea that this somehow means Fighter A's promoter should give him one. If Fighter B wants the fight, his promoter should make a real and viable offer to Fighter A. If a reasonable offer (as in fair market value for the bout) is made and a fighter turns it down, THEN we can talk about ducking.
Oh, yes, especially glass chin. Fighters don't make it to the world championship or contender level if they have terrible punch resistance. If it takes a top fighter to knock someone out, then they don't have a glass jaw. Almost every fighter ever has been stopped at some point. This forum would have us believe that Jack Dempsey had a glass jaw because he got KO'd by Fireman Jim Flynn on the way up. He turned out OK.
well mostly they just repeat what they hear elsewhere--from professional boxing commentators, from interviews with fighters, and from other fans on the forums (often not very knowledgeable but more so than the casual) stuff like GGG is over-rated, he hasn't fought anyone they're pretty confident posting this sort of thing because: they heard it elsewhere and they are just repeating it in fact they don't recognize any of the names on GGG's resume they've got no sense of perspective--ie, they look at GGG's resume, "see a bunch of nobodies, like who is this Daniel Geale guy? A can" Well, Geale when GGG fought Geale in 2014, Geale was a force at MW, having held the IBF and WBA super champ simultaneously, and the IBO before that.
