Berto was stopped by Jesus Soto-Karass. He's been down against Ortiz, Guerrero, and Cosme Rivera. He's not packing glass but his chin isn't all that great and I think Porter's pressure is going to get to him. I wouldn't be surprised if Berto quits, he has made enough money from boxing to retire wealthy. He is also already sounding punchy to me, go back to the preview for this fight on the Thurman-Garcia card. Berto is starting to sound like Mosley. I'll be surprised if he lasts the distance here against a prime Porter.

 

Ramirez vs Bursak just started. I hate when opposing cards step on each other.

 

I hope Porter knocks the snot out of Berto.

 

This is why I laugh at the notion of the American hope. There's always somebody on the come up.

 

I actually forgot he was ever stopped by karass and never actually saw that fight. Everything else i knew and took into account but now i have second thoughts on my prediction

 

Rooting for berto, but Porter is a nightmare match up for him. But if he does get caught leaping in, Porter getting seriously hurt is a possibility.

Berto has lost 4 of his last 8.

His last 3 wins.. Chambers, Lopez and Ortiz.

How he is even in an eliminator is amazing, truly amazing.
