So wanting to wait before the facts come out makes me a bad poster? If you don't like me or my threads, stop trying to get my attention all the time. I find it funny how all you weirdos come begging for my attention.

The reason for the withdrawal should have been announced at the time of the withdrawal.

Gives the impression they are still trying to think of an excuse to use.

This is true but it's the same in almost every fight, and almost every big fight too. Still, boxers turn up for big fights all the time.

If every visiting fighter said "no, I won't fight, I don't think I'll get a fair shake since everyone knows the promoter would rather my opponent wins" .... there would be no fights.
No one would ever go anywhere, no one would ever agree to fight against a promoters investment.

David Higgins from DUCO, Parker's management company, said the Fury camp have claimed that Hughie has picked up an injury in training."

"Do I think Hughie is injured? No, I don't. I think it's make-believe," Higgins said.

Higgins described the Fury camp as "clowns."

Fury's withdrawal from a fight worth $1.7million to him should have repercussions for his career. He is undefeated at the age of 22, but few reputable fight promoters are likely to want to enter into negotiations with him or his camp.

Copy paste from the other thread.

Oh, so Fury is injured. I think we can all calm down now. Oh and Parker's management saying that they think it's made believe isn't exactly a credible and unbiased source.

The other thread is on the same topic. So naturally it is the same truth here as it is there!

What's your point? I don't have a problem with you copy pasting it here. Are you ok?

Joe couldnt wait for Hughie but Hughie, whos looked suspect leading up to the fight, has pulled out. Hughies let down so many posters on here like TerryESB and ellerbee :) thats fair to say isnt it boys? Im sure theres others but I'll imagine them to be quiet right now. Joe wanted to fight thats all we know, Hughie doubtful in the last month and now this, thats all we know.

Fury withdrew and hasn't offered a reason for his withdrawal.

I'm surprised. But many here have been anticipating a Fury withdrawal for weeks. They sure got it right!

I thought the reason was that he was injured?

Eh the kid is 22, and he was injured. I'd rather him come back 100% than fight injured in a champs hometown.
