I don't believe it still.. Fury's have a history of so called "injuries" just before the fight.

Peter fury said on Thursday he's gonna do a video with IFL to explain the "antics going on with Parker fight" sounds like they knew they weren't fighting on Thursday.

Tbh they knew they weren't fighting for like a month. Remember they said they'd be out in NZ a month in advance. 2 weeks away and they were still in the country.

You had a mental breakdown, and you're still butthurt about it. I remember even after that you still held a grudge and tried **** talking me. Honestly I could care less. Also I just debunked what you said. You tried to play it off like I can't admit I'm wrong, I proved just today I admitted I was wrong. Yet you're still here arguing. Thanks for proving my point exactly. I know your type exactly. You can never admit you're wrong, you get angry very easily, and you hold grudges.

The promoter was obviously big enough to win the purse bid, so you're wrong. Nice try again though.

Theres been some talk of an inury, but no official statement or anything. So we dont know whats the excuse is just yet.

They can give whatever excuses they want. But while they wont offer anything, all we can do is speculate (failled ped test perhaps?)

Funny how everyone that thought Hughie did an interview 22 hours ago is quiet now.

    *crickets*

Peter Fury blew their credibility right there.

The only 'antics' that were going on was the Fury's trying to dream up an injury that would enable them to pull out.

How many hours ago does it need to be for you to agree it is fishy then?

Sadly the Furies simply won't be trusted by any promoters in future.

They only have themselves to blame

The interview wasn't my main reason to doubt.. There's been plenty of threads suggesting he is gonna pull out for a while now.

Fury's said themselves they would be in NZ a month in advance.. It's fair to speculate something was up since its 2 weeks out and they still haven't left.

Couple that with thier history of pulling out of fights.. It's absolutely understandable why most people don't believe this story.

Regardless, the Fury's are seen as a joke now. That's coming from someone who supported them.

As they say, perception is reality, and that is certainly the perception.

True.. He said they would do a video the next day.. It's Sunday here now so I think they bottled it..

Sounds like he wanted to do some damage control for the bad news that they knew was gonna come. Nothing will pardon them.. They've lost all credibility.

A long, girly, whiney tale and then you couldn't care less ellerbe - that's the poster we know and love. I enjoy your posts and you as a poster as you bring much amusement. I have perviously stated you are several grades above these poor trolls that disappear so quickly and you continue to demonstrate I was right.

Some more "facts"about your more valid assumptions please. Fury couldn't have backed out becuase he is an arse - it's NZ's fault apparently.

Tyson and Hughie should fight each other for the pu**yweight championship of the world.

That's all we are hearing from you.

You tried your hardest to find a positive in Hughie Fury pulling out - but there just isn't one.

Did he sign a contract? If so I'd sue if I were parker. Fury's are both literally living off one fight, Tyson beating Wald.

Whatever. Maybe this clears the way for Wilder Parker :)

Haha is Elle still going on about judges and trying to stick up for Fury? Now I don't have to read her posts directly it is hilarious thinking about all the anti-Parker stuff which has been laid on over months regarding Takam, Ruiz and now Fury looking for a way to discredit him and now the mandatory has dodged him!!!

It is hard to find much to dislike about Parker being a title holder, is it not dodging anyone, He is very skilled but is still improving and makes no secret about it, He is respectful, clean and generally keeps out of trouble.

I hope they get at least a reasonable back up plan and anyone that bag them if they get a relatively soft touch defense at this kind of notice and situation
