Because he went to hospital with 3 rd stage concussion and they conducted the tests that were standard procedure.Plus he himself paid for a further series of independent tests the next day which also came up negative!

Whose opinion would you take a Ring announcer who did not go to the hospital with Wlad, was not present at either of the series of tests ,did not examine him immediately after the fight nor at any other time,has no medical qualifications what so ever, or a PHD Doctor who is the Chair Woman of the Nevada MedicalCommission and vastly experienced in examining boxers?

Ever wondered why Wlad did not bother picking up the results of the two tests he took despite being reminded several times they were available to him for the ten days period they are kept ?
