Bowe stops him in 5 or 6 lopsided rounds.

By the vast difference between them of skill and talent, they appear to be of different species.

The Bowe /Gonzales beat down would look competitive in comparison to the absolute shellacking Carnera would receive.

Bowe by seven round ko. But Carnera keeps getting up. The guy had heart if anything.

So far no one has picked Carnera and neither Janitor,Reznik, or Choclab, who described Carnera as "a great fighter " have seen fit to make a pick!

Carnera seems to be better than people give him credit for. I'd pick him over Bowe if I could justify it, but I can't. Although somebody (Reznick?) did say that perhaps we would appreciate Primo more if we had the 70 odd fights that he won, at our disposal, and that's a fair point. Very little footge to go on.

At least we might be able to form some opinion about how many of them were legit.

I'm having trouble seeing Bowe getting around his reach in the second half of the fight.
He has enough explosiveness to get inside and land some big shots early on, but he has to hope that he has enough to stop the heart of Carnera. Riddick also has to be cautious not to get hurt.

If Primo survives to the second half, how does Bowe get around this?

If Bowe goes into his plod, I think Primo would be all over him.

I think Primo would take it. But I'm not fully convinced. I'd definitely like to hear some other analyses.

Bowe's 'prime' consists of one fight, doesn't it?

Why would Bowe have trouble getting around his reach ,others didnt? "Riddick has to be cautious not to get hurt" ?
    Like 186lbs Loughran wasn't?
This would be similar to the Gonzalez fight, except Gonzalez had it coming to him after the way he tortured Snipes.

Carnera was being ko'd by journeymen at the age of 29.
