Oh, I am not saying it's a dead-end scenario. But I am saying Tyson Fury is now at the very bottom of the heavyweight division; he has to start over from scratch. Much like David Haye after his 'retirement' he will have to rebuild his career and credibility with a series of wins over journeyman type of opposition. A fight against a top contender let alone the winner of AJ/Wlad is years away.

I'm so tired of hearing what that harpoon whale has to say.. All he does is sit on his fat ass, eating sausages by the tons! His career is over and will be looked at similar to buster Douglas, A one hit wonder.

When Fury comes back he will fight some journeyman guy Boxrec #50-150. It won't be on PPV.

i agree. fear has a way of manifesting itself in different ways in men that arent suppose to succumb to fear. self sabotage is just one way.

You're right, it was on a fringe comedy channel & Youtube:

The Hayemaker’s YouTube channel will host the live stream, which kicks-off at 9pm GMT and will deliver the feed from UK host broadcaster Dave, part of UKTV, which will run until 11pm GMT.

I agree it was pathetic but Haye still made £1,000,000+.

The public paid lots of money to buy tickets and advertisers tripped over themselves to get their products airtime and paid tonnes of money to do so.

If it is a marketable fighter, the money is always there.

All the internet warriors constantly berating him. Keep it up.

Fury is the king and the king shall return.

Beating his obesity is a greater victory than beating any of the stiffs in current heavyweight boxing.

The most colourful, charismatic heavyweight since Muhammad Ali

Yeah, I believe losing the weight is his biggest challenge out there.
In shape he's the only heavyweight boxer out there who can really box. I suppose Klitschko and Ortiz are the next best boxers and he's better and younger than both of them.
The likes of Joshua, Wilder and Parker seem way too raw to cope with an in shape Tyson Fury.
It's just whether he'll ever get in shape.

Well I do hope he comes back and is as good as ever, but of course that is unlikely. Another thing that I picked up is that Tyson Fury is a born agains christian, he was quite religious when he boxed, so it was a surprise for him to say inshallah, which in Arabic means god willing. Each to their own I suppose.
