I like Paulie as a commentator. He's one of the few that tells it like it is without bias. Wish him the best and hope he stays out of the ring!
Paulie should quit boxing. He wasnt a good boxer and he defo aint a good commentator. Talks way too fast, way to biased in his commentary, and talks like a spaz on crack. He should use those delicate hands for something good. Like making a pizza. Would be happy to not see / hear him ever again.
I think without bias is not the correct word lol.. honest or without corporate agenda is a better description, and I think that's probably what you meant Paulie can be a bit bias in his scoring especially towards boxer or slick style of fighting. But in terms of ex participant turns commentating I think he is one of the very best if not the best. Always articulate and mostly spot on in reading what's transpire in the match.
I would rather have a cocaine style frantic child like excited but accurate narrative from Paulie than a slow calm and considered Jim Watt who talked utter nonsense.
Definitely adds energy and technical nuances to the Show team. He's usually on point observing the key aspects of a fight as it unfolds.

He's well liked in the UK. Personally I find his assessments accurate he clearly has a good knowledge of boxing. Always happy to see him on the commentary team as he adds much needed charisma to the sky regulars.
