Only fight Brook should go to America for is Pacquaio if you're talking from a financial sense. Which other US welterweight could sell 20k tickets in his hometown or be on PPV?

 

Because its not his decision? He cant just call out a name can he and say im fighting you... he was at the bottom... theres only a few fighters who can pick and choose. He would of been over in america a year previous had he and devon not suffered injuries in before their fight. What fight could he of just called out and said ok lets go fight in america? There wasnt anybody. Do you think porter would of fought him had he not been his mandatory? Not a chance

Imo opinion he should have gone and vased himself there. He would have got fights. Now he is just 1 loss away from been overated and a uk hype job in most peoples eyes. Which is a shame

 

Hearn has had a shot fighter on his hands in Burns ever since the losses after the Crawford. Yet Eddie has manoevered a clearly shot fighter to another world title by the easiest means possible and got him further big paydays. Hes done his job but Ricky looked domestic level v idongo and nothing like the guy who beat Kevin Mitchell

The nature of the defeats/injuries..and the manner of them....the hometown eddie hearn decisions included....would have finished many lesser men

Burns is as brave as they come ,and irrespective of the rise in competitio he hasnt been the same since the beltran fight...apart from the brief revival v figueroa which he still lost.

He cannae let his hands go anymore wee man...he issnae confident....and his reflexesxare going at 34.i wasnae gonna say it as hes one of my favourites pal...but i dinnae ken what u been watching...ya saassenach

gonazalez- was easily going to lose had the other guy not quit for whatever reason(credit to ricky for sticking in there but no doubt he was going to lose)
beltran - broke jaw but should of lost
crawford - lost
zlaticanin - lost
lepelley - won but against lesser opposition
figueroa - again showed he's tough put up a good fight but lost
ofotsu - again won but against lesser opposition
josh king - won against lesser opposition
di rocco- won his 3rd world title against an relatively unknown, not world level
relikh - very close fight could of gone either way if i recall, again relatively unkown though. Remains to be seen if he goes on to do anything
indongo - lost

Each and every top level fighter he has faced in the past 4 years he has lost to. I'm standing by my own opinion. He was always overrated but had 1/2 good wins against good guys because of his grit/work rate and determination. That is not enough though against the top level guys.

All to blame imo. This is only Kells 2nd decent fight at WW he should have had way more by now and could have been in the mix for Mayweather and Pacquiao fights.
