Looked the same to me but 2 years older. AJ showed he has the skills to hang with the elite. He is flat footed but doesn't need to use his feet
a bit of both. he is definitely far more proven than he was yesterday. he showed heart in coming back. his stamina was definitely exposed as a weakness though.
He took one of the biggest shots in boxing history, the straight Klitschko right. If that hits Wilder he would have been beheaded.
AJ proved far more than Tyson Fury did. He fought a mans fight, and beat Wlad fair and square. Tyson Fury fainted his way to a 12 round decision.
A MASSIVE problem. I have never seen a fighter gas out that badly, and from doing so little. He literally looked like a strong breeze could toss him over. He has power, skills, heart and respectable quickness and agility but his stamina is just HORRIBLE. I can't stress this enough. Don't see him beating Fury.
I think it was only partial stamina loss. Joshua's turned into a literal punching bag as soon as Wlad landed a massive left hook. The ensuing onslaught zapped Joshua's stamina for the next few rounds. Joshua's staminia isn't awful or else he wouldn't have been able to muster a second wind and come on strong late. On the Flip side, If Wlad threw a couple to the body while he was trying to get Joshua out of there he probably would have won the fight.
bit of both nearly lost because he gassed much like wlad did earlier in his career did comeback in the championship rounds struggles with the jab and falls in but again he fought an atg in wlad, doubt anyone else would expose these issues maybe Parker or wilder that's some ifs though
It's possible to be both. He proved himself in a big way and the fight also further highlighted and exposed areas he needs to continue sharpening.
