Joshua - Klitschko RBR

Superb performance by both men. Couldn't have wished for a better fight or a better outcome. Wlad looked sensational in outboxing Joshua and coming back after the knockdown. Joshua in turn looked like the true heir to the heavyweight throne after getting heavily dropped, thoroughly outboxed, looking on the verge of exhaustion and coming back with a mammoth uppercut to end things in the eleventh. Truly brilliant stuff from both men and one of the tensest and most exciting fights I've seen in years.

Honestly, anyone even attempting to find fault with this fight can fcuk right off.

 

Wlad earned more of my respect in that loss than most of his career. He showed heart and wasn't the ClinchKo of old. I thought he had AJ when he had him down and he was definitely outboxing him in the mid to late rounds. Joshua also showed great heart coming back from the kd. A younger Wlad might have taken him out.

Best HW fight since Ike and Tua. Totally different though. That was two granite chinned bombers. This was two egg chinned boxer punchers and I mean that in the context of the punches taken by HW fighters of the past.

I love the sprt. I know it isn't anything to cry over like you. This is all you have. Boxing and crying over it on a boxing forum. Getting excited over the most simple of things. "Oh my God, Wlad got punched and got up. OH my God AJ got punched and got up. This stuff happens all the time in boxing. If anything you need to stop watching boxing. It is clearly too much for you to handle.

 

I think you should follow your own advice, some of your posts in this thread have been downright embarrassing.

And for those that thought it was an early stoppage, yes I rewatched it a few times but Wlad was not throwing back. The final combo were grazing punches but if one of them had landed Wlad would have been prone and the ref wouldn't have had time to step in before AJ unleashed. Watch Tommy Morrison (RIP) getting KTFO by Mercer. That is dangerous and you never know how much that kind of thing contributed to Tommy's downward spiral.

Either you have blood lust or you are a Wlad nuthugger.

 

That my friend is the only complaint I have from this after the bell rang....Wlad is all man as most would have walked out after 3-4 minutes of that Bull Szhit

 

What a quality fight. Soo much respect for both after that fight. As a AJ fan i was soo nervous about this fight i couldnt fully enjoy it.

 

Nah you don't love the sport. You just love to log on to a forum of dedicated fans of the sport - many of us posting and respecting each other for years. You come on here and try to rain on our parade of finding enjoyment in this great fight.

Go play elsewhere. Leave us alone.

 

The two KDs prior to that were also prominently relevant. Fight could've been called after the second KD in that 11th Round and there wouldn't have been any objections (aside from those with biased agendas).
