Joshua is very good but he looked very beatable

Wow the fact that Joshua came back after being shows the heart he's got. What an amazing fighht. I'm so glad we acually got a fight that lived up to the expectations.

Yes he did (99.9 percent of fighters will look beatable though. Hes had 18 fights... I cut him some slack at not looking 'unbeatable' as of yet)

But his main weaknesses right now is still defense, and stamina (mainly from all of that stupid muscle). Stamina is easily fixed.... and his defense will hopefully come along. His punch selection is good, his overall generalship is decent enough, is overall iq is ok and growing hopefully, hes just got a little bit of tweaking to do.

I hope he knocks Fury spark out, no ref stoppage. The lack of respect from that fat bum is galling.

Wlad should've just kept throwing the jab and right hand over and over. He kept trying to land the left hook because he landed one. Joshua seems to have trouble avoiding right hands. As the fight went on he got better avoiding it but Wlad stopped throwing it as much. Great fighters keep up he beat. Old fighters just can't keep up the heat.

AJ won by pure youthness. The difference in terms of speed and reflexes was too big, wlad is too old. Still, wlad put him on the ground. It was not a matter of skills or ring IQ, it was just a matter of physical pressure based on youthness.

GL trying to win with physical pressure to wild-windmill wilder, btw. I'm looking forward to watch that fight, I'm sure that it will be an awesome fight whenever it happens and whoever wins it.

If all Wilder has is a punchers chance then that's all that A.J. has.

What struck me was when Joshua was getting out boxed he decided to flick the switch and unleash a barrage of unstoppable bombs.

He only did it twice in the fight, rounds 5 and 11. He made the second time count.

His stamina was quite all right. He looked to be sucking wind by the fourth round, but he actually wasn't in bad shape, for a guy of his size and muscular build. And I'm not sure how he is a big unknown. Wlad didn't look bad at all tonight. He just had a couple defensive lapses, against a fellow Olympic Gold medalist. Both of these guys trash Wilder. What other heavyweight would have beaten an in shape, and boxing on his toes Wlad Klitscho tonight?

His stamina damn sure was not 'quite all right', he was completely gassed in round 6 and was lucky he wasnt finished off because of it. Him being world class and in his prime he got his second win, but that kind of stamina will come back to haunt him if he doesnt fix it.

He seemed to catch his second wind in my opinion.

I think Joshua is where Wald was when he used to engage much more only to be hit back. If Joshua improves his defence you kinda nullify his attacks. I don't want a repeat of robotic jab fests where Joshua beats everybody 120-108 for the next 10 years, we just had that with Wald.

He obviously did. That doesnt mean he didnt gas out. In fact, that actually implies he did gas out but was able to regain fuel again after taking some rounds off (and being almost KO'd in the process)

The point is, his stamina is something he needs to work on, by losing that pointless muscle mass.

    Beatable by who?

He just fought the best guy in the last 10 years, only Fury is potentially better at the moment. When the best fight the best ofc they look beatable.

I just don't see how you can knock either guy at all, some of the posts tonight have been sickening.

There's no way Fury could live with that. Joshua just said fcuk it and went all out. Scary it was.
