Why didn't Wilder storm the ring after the fight?

The fight between Joshua and Wilder is inevitable. There is too much money and bragging rights at stake. The Brits love to put one over on the States. They can't resist it. That fight has the potential to rival Mayweather and Pac money wise and most certainly excitement in the ring.

No fighter has to enter the ring after a guy just had a tough fight.

I doubt that he was blown away. He wants that fight and he will show up to fight.

Let's hope Wilder has the courage to sign it. No offence to Wilder, I wouldn't want to face AJ or Wlad either.

And why exactly should he have STORMED Into the ring? It's so disrespectful to the loser and the winning of the bout you're not even a part of.

I agree that storming the ring is disrespectful.

But lets not pretend that is the only reason Wilder didn't do it.

And relax MVC, don't get too upset about Wilder just because deep down you're concealing that 38 fights without fighting the top dudes is a bit much. Don't take that out on us. Just admit it and take ownership for it, for the good of the forum I mean of course.

Hope has nothing to do with it. Regardless of how Wilder acts with the loudness. He is a warrior and he wants that fight. I hope he gets the Parker fight soon because if he wins that, The buildup for a fight with Joshua will began. That was one hella presentation the Brits put on for the Klitschko fight. I haven't seen nothing better than that yet. Maybe the Canelo vs Chavez will come close but I doubt it.

What does that have to do with anything? You're bringing up irrelevant facts here.

I've already said in the past that Wilder's opposition has been very questionable.

Doesn't mean that he should have stormed the ring. His opposition has nothing to do with this at all, and it's not like he never tried fighting the "best."

Last I checked, it was Povetkin who got clipped twice and got himself suspended.

    Agree?

Correct. If Wilder had stormed the ring and challenged Joshua, Joshua -- a guy who wants to fight the best names in the division -- would have just called Wilder's bluff and agreed to fight Wilder in front of the watching world, leaving Wilder no wriggle room to duck out of the verbally agreed upon fight or claim he was just messing around etc.

I get your play on words and that's cool. Not only will he show up for the fight, he will show up in the fight. Just like A.J. had to show up because Wlad was showing out. lol

You guys do realize that these things are set up and approved ahead of time when they happen, right?

There's security at ringside and just because you're a professional boxer doesn't give you a pass to go into the ring, grab a mic, etc. It has to be prearranged.

The fact that Joshua didn't mention Wilder after (but did mention Fury and the rematch clause with Klitschko) pretty much says it all -- not that he's scared of Wilder (nor vice-versa) but that there's zero likelihood that Joshua-Wilder is next so they weren't going to do some staged showdown in the ring to hype a fight that's probably a

So you insult MVC's intelligence by dick riding AJ...and dissing Wilder, and then say it's for the good of the forum? You wouldn't fight AJ or Wlad because you're an armchair and you don't and never did have the mindset of a fighter. You just want to get your corny ass Wilder jokes in. Corny ass, lmao.

He's a fighter. If anyone doesn't have the courage to sign it it would be YOU! Lol
