Tricky southpaw who can bang. AJ too many gaps right now. That's the fight that SHOULD happen next from a fan perspective but if Eddie Hearn is smart he will avoid that fight for the moment and push for a fight with a weaker boxer like Wilder or Parker. Beating Klitschko and then losing to Ortiz who has little profile and who casuals saw stink out the building against Scott would be disastrous.

AJ needs to fight Povetkin. Sasha would starch him.

I agree that Povetkin takes out AJ right now but the fight will never happen.

Terrible fight but Sky would market it by focusing on his win over Chisora.

You got that right. I can see why Pulev's operating at the level he is these days. I think his team are hoping the IBF title becomes vacant as I don't think they'll want a bar of Joshua.

I think Pulev would be a dangerous fight apart from the Klit left hook he proved he was a tough cookie. The reality is that even though it was a great fight and performance it still left doubt in your mind about AJ being the real true top of the pile.

I don't think Pulev is the right opponent. He's too slow and you need speed to beat Joshu. Pulev would probably take care of Whyte but not Joshua.

I think AJ might end up vacating the IBF. Hearn will know that Pulev is a hard fight to sell. Can he even speak English?

I thought Ortiz was gonna be the man in the HW division but then from watching his last few fights I realised he's nowhere near as good as I thought. The bloke took 7 rounds to take out a fat Dave Allen ffs.

Joshua would have too much for him

Whyte couldn't take out Allen. Allen is **** but he's got an iron chin. How can you criticise Ortiz when he won every single round against Allen and Scott. Yeah they were both dog**** fights but if an opponent doesn't come to trade, Ortiz won't look good. He's the best counter puncher in the HW division right now.

We'll see but IMO you are looking at Ortiz in the wrong light. I believe Joshua is tailor made for Ortiz. If AJ comes out looking to destroy, Ortiz has his way with him.

Lol fat chance! Ortiz is way into his mid 40s at least and every passing day he will keep getting worse and worse.

You can say what you want about Scott & Allen, Ortiz looked awful in those fights. As old man McVey says, he's too slow for Joshua.

Ortiz too static for joshua imo. Actually fancy wilder to do it. All about styles make fights.

The way to beat joshua will be by knocking him out. The boxers will struggle to go 12 without him at one point unloading on you. Few will stand up to that. The boys with big power will do it. Ortiz hits hard...but its more consistant power. You know whats coming. Wilder mixes it up. Plus if he hurts him he ll finish it.

I rate ortiz...very good skills. But see him being a sitting duck against aj. I dont rate wilder that highly as a boxer. But hes got the toolset to beat joshua imo. Wide stance hes been using recentlys hard to break down. All he needs to do is coax joshua in far enough. Joshuas a better fighter than wilder...but i see him being the wrong style for him.
