    In my opinion :

    1. Anthony Joshua
    2. Wladimir Klitschko ( if he doesn't retire )
    3. Deontay Wilder
    4. Joseph Parker
    5. Luis Ortiz
    6. Kubrat Pulev
    7. Andy Ruiz jr.
    8. Dillian Whyte
    9. David Haye ( although injured but he is coming back for sure )
    10. Dominic Breazeale

Heavyweight division is looking really good , i don't have Tyson Fury in my list , because i'm not sure if he even wants to come back , he is talking a lot , same for Povetkin.

I'm not counting Fury or Povetkin at the moment, and I don't count Bellew as a HW right now.
    1 AJ
    2. Wlad
    3. Wilder
    4. Ortiz
    5. Parker
    6. Pulev
7(HUGE drop off at this point, and probably any 20 names would be equally good here)Whyte
    8. Hammer
    9. Takam
    10. Wach
Other possibilities for 7-10: Chisora, Duhaupas, Washington, Scott

There's plenty good fights out there for Joshua. I think he will take them and not hide like Wilder.

David Haye was just underestimating Bellew and thought he could win the fight by using only haymakers in
the first 3 rounds and after the 3rd round he was controlling the fight and Bellew didn't throw punches at all.
Tony Bellew only started to throw punches after he had seen that Haye was injured and Haye did really good
    with his injury.

He definitely will come back again , he has still the hunger and he would probably beat the likes of Breazeale , Chisora , Scott , Washington etc. in top shape , he has said that he will probably fight at the end of the year ,
so i have him in the bottom half of my top 10.

Nobody has mentioned Hughie Fury. I know he is not exactly popular at the moment after the Parker fight went south and I realise his resume is severely lacking but I think the ability is there. His health problems are apparently behind him and I expect he will be right back in the mix and in title fights once he rebuilds his reputation and actually gets back in the ring.

Solid list but Haye at 7? Don't you think he is finished?
