Why ? What was so good about Brock? The fact he out landed Wlad on power shots and beat his body like a drum says more about Wlads ability's then it does about Brock. And Wlad shamefully ducked Shannon Briggs to fight Brock who everybody knew was a bum.
Chageav done nothing but walk forward in a straight line and attempted to box Wlad from the out side despite being half his size. Another useless bum.
I wouldnt say thats the barometer. I would say his career as a complete whole is. Wladimir had already beaten Byrd previously Haye had a terrible injury when he fought Bellew and wasnt the same as when Wlad beat him, which is when Haye was a HW champ. Thats like saying you cant rate Holyfield for his win over Tyson because he lost to McBride after What makes you say Wlads jab had diminished at that time? His jab was very effective against Haye and I thought it was effective against Joshua for alot of that fight also
You want my attention, how about this. I remember us arguing about the Brock fight a long time ago. You argued tooth and nail, Brock didn't attack the body, I argued he did. I posted video and what not, and pointed out. My point was Brock attacked Wlad's body had success, but Wlad adjusted to it, and made quick work of Brock after the adjustment. Since then, you have started using my observation as a negative to Wlad. Interesting.
Seeing that Chagaev was successful in boxing on the outside against a 46-0 HW champ who was bigger than Wladimir shows that he wasnt useless. The fact that Wladimir could neutralise what Chagaev had used to effect previously is a positive for Wladimir
Chageav didn't try to box from the outside anyway against Wlad, he used lots of bobbing and weaving and looked for bolo attacks.
You can call me dear and say it's a fabrication but we both know it happened and that's all that counts. You don't watch boxing, you stole my observations and twisted them into your agenda. You are a hack.
Im not disagreeing, I was more making the point that Chagaev wasnt useless and had been effective against a bigger HW champ who was undefeated
Valuev wasn't any good. He should have lost to the ghost of Larry Donald d ffs. And Wlad should have fought Valeuv instead of Chaggy who had just failed the medical exam to go forward with the rematch. Wlad fought a guy who wasn't medically fit to box outside Germany. He also failed a medical to come over and fight fight Haye. The fight wasn't even significant enough for HBO who refused to broadcast it.
Im not interested in you in the slightest. I only go after what you enter into the post box. The only thing you are good at is trolling people.
Let me repeat this for the 100th time.... The new savior of the heavyweight division had to get off the deck against a 41 year (!!!) old who literally stunk the joint out for at least a decade.....who was blown out 3 times previously by the who's who of ham and eggers.....both were huffing and puffing like having a Asthma attack.......said 41 old was again exposed as weak chinned and when pressured falls apart...........the only semi exciting fights WK was ever involved in were his losses, let that sink in for a moment. As far as Joshua, can you imagine Tyson or Holyfield had to get off the canvas and needed a eleventh hour TKO to beat old Holmes or Foreman while being gassed out for the majority of the fight ? The heavyweight division is in extreme poor shape............there is no real talent just workman/paycheck like ambitions not god given once in a decade talent like Dempsey, Louis, Ali, Foreman, Holmes , Tyson, Holyfield, Bowe, Lewis etc etc. For the record, prime Foreman, Tyson, Bowe and Lewis would have blown past weekends Joshua/WK heads clean off, some would have done in a one sided fashion. Fact not fiction
Im surprised they would say that as it would have made their wins over Wladimir sound more impressive. Do you think C Mitchell would say the same about Hopkins? Or Douglas about Tyson? Or Torrecampo or Singsurat about Pacquiao?
