    Hi i've started doing this certain routine for a couple of weeks now for my amateur boxing early in the morning and was wondering if anyone has any opinions on it;
    - 400 press ups
    - 500 squats
    - 1000 reps on abs
    - 100 pull ups
    - forearm and calf work
    all every day and a 5km run on tuesdays, thursdays and sundays

    also go to my boxing training for 2 hours twice a week but i'm only so when i turn 16 i'll get more boxing training in, heavy bag, much more sparring etc...

    Wake up 6:00AM: Go hit the heavybag for 1 hour.

    Breakfast: Come home and drink coca cola and eat Twinkies.

    For dinner and lunch always prefer burgers, nuggets and lots of donuts! You'll be champ.

    Repeat everyday.
