Nothing impressive about Parker. Easy meat for the top HW other than Wilder.

    Cojanu is just annoying.
    Bad style matchup for Parker.

"If Hughie Fury didn't have that back injury, what would have happened"

We know what happened if he didn't have a back injury... he pulled out, and told them he had one.

Dunno, I think Parker could nick a few early rounds against AJ, but eventually would be worn down and get his clock cleaned.

The heavyweight division is now a two horse race, and one of the horses is in MacDonalds.

Parker is stagnating as a fighter, he's the same fighter he was a year ago, nothing new. He's very fast no doubt, blinding speed for a heavyweight but you need more than that. He's too predictable which is why Cojanu is still in there.

Where's the counter punching? Joshua in the last year has learned to parry and deflect shots coming in with his gloves and then counter, Parker would benefit greatly from such a skill but he clearly isn't being taught anything new. He needs a better trainer.

    R1 Parker 10-9
    R2 Parker 10-9
    R3 Parker 10-9
    R4 Parker 10-8 point deduction
    R5 Parker 10-9

    R7 Parker 10-9
    R8 Parker 10-9
    R9 Parker 10-9

Cojanu landed a good uppercut in there that's about it. It's possible to give Cojanu a mercy round if you so desire. Parker isn't exactly dominating. Poor performance.

Funnily when Cojanu was throwing in like round 4? Parker was counterpunching him very well. But what's there to counter at this stage? Cojanu throws maybe 5 punchs a round then sits there trying his best to block everything. He knows if he throws he'll most likely get stopped sooner or later. So he's just not throwing anything bar bear minimum. I honestly think its his offense he needs. He's far too much of a defensive fighter I've noticed in a few of his fights. He doesn't really like moving on people. And now we have this, he doesn't have the offense to destroy this man if he doesn't open up.
