Dillian Whyte is rated by most as a top 10 heavyweight, it is no shame to get knocked out by AJ.
Whyte did not that bad against AJ, i doubt that Parker would look better against him.

Not a Whyte fan by any stretch but based off of today performance, I can see Whyte taking taking the strap

He's outboxed the tall journeyman but he hasn't faced a capable tall man yet (dimentrenko was a joke and quit), Hughie would have been a good step but obviously Hughie and his team did what they always do and missed up everything.

Parker is struggling with decent athletic small guys he will struggle with the athletic tall guys he just hasn't faced one yet. His defence is shocking, he has great hand speed/ combinations and a very good jab when he commits to it. He needs to work on his inside game and defence for me because he will need both in the future when his opponents become taller.

One lousy performance from Parker (by winning 11 if not 12 rounds) makes him beatable by punching bags like Chisora and Whyte.

    These idiots don't quit!

How do some of them not see how limited these fighters are?!

Yes, Parker is limited but not anywhere near the extend of Whyte and Chisora for god sakes.

Parker vs Wilder is still 50/50 and AJ/Parker is 70/30...

Regardless of the poor performance, you can't take away what Parker can use against AJ and Wilder.

ALL of Parker, Wilder and AJ have flaws. Huge flaws. AJ has just taken a huge step up and will learn from it.

Wilder has never stepped up so won't learn and Parker needs to leave Barry and Duco.

If the Fury that beat Klit returns, all 3 get out boxed and humiliated by Fury. All of them are immature and lack their ringcraft/IQ that Fury has.

New trainer, new trainer, new trainer!!!

Can't say it enough, Barry has never got a fighter to beyond the level Joe is at. Tua was good because of his huge power rather than anything Barry taught him.

So what if he's rated top 10 by governing bodies. Arreola was too in his day, hell Shannon Briggs is top 10 according to the WBA right now. There are plenty of fighters who aren't even top 20 ranked top 10 of governing bodies.

He showed the same flaws in the Joshua fight as he did against Chisora. Easy to get to and easy too hit, Parker will have no problem finding his chin. Only thing that makes it competitive is Whyte's counter punching, he's dangerous but I still favour Parker to beat him.

Agreed Kiwi I said with Ugonoh before the Brezeale fight too. The both have such poor head movement especially for guys who aren't the tallest where defense is gunna be essential for getting close to the talented tall HWs.

That would be the best fight for Parker, as he would slaughter Bellew and make a huge impression on the British public, lining up a super fight with Joshua.

This is going too far now.

Parker looked less than impressive tonight but to say Whyte wins off the back of that is a nonsense. Chisora is a poor man's Takam and Whyte barely struggled to beat him. He looked poor against Dave Allen and was getting outboxed by Ian Lewison before Lewison gassed out. Aside from that he's looked bang on average against every opponent he's ever faced, with his sole claim to fame being the shot he hit Joshua with in their otherwise one-sided contest.

Other than that he's distinctly unimpressive. He's: slow, flat-footed, technically sloppy, lacking power, lacking sharpness, easy to hit, and easy to draw into brawls. He has an ok jab, and a decent enough uppercut and left hook, which could give him some success against Parker, but Parker does everything so much better than him that I can't really see anyway he even gets into the fight.

Parkers already beaten better guys than Whyte in Takam and Ruiz... Whyte other than 1 punch was outclassed by Joshua, arguably lost to Chisora.. Parker had an underwhelming performance against a sparring partner who took the fight on extremely short notice, and even then he dominated the fight... a Lackluster performance isn't the same as being exposed... Every fighter has them.

Whyte couldn't beat a shot Chisora.
    Basically Parker decisions him.

Whyte is very average indeed IMO. I thought the shell of Chisora's shot ghost beat him.
