If Tyson Fury gets into shape and actually sets a date for his return, he should fight Price

    Fight makes perfect sense. Price has nothing to lose. If he chins Fury he suddenly throws himself right back into title contention. If he gets chinned again so what? He's been destroyed by far worse fighters and there is no embarrassment in being knocked out by the best HW in the world. At least he would earn a career best payday. If he makes £1m plus he has so many options after boxing. Pretty sure he could then set up a plumbing franchise all over the country with his career earnings.

    For Tyson, Price is a name and a sitting duck target. Far better to have a British name in the ring than some European nobody knows about.

    Having said that I just watched an IFL interview with N. Sauerland and he said that he hasn't spoken to Price since the fight and has no idea what he's going to do next.

    I suspect Price is near enough retired at this point. And Tyson Fury would not gain anything from fighting a discredited fighter who punches like a mule and could KO him early.

    There are safer fights out there for him.

    We have been over David Price multiple times here, and its fair to say this is an amateur boxer who learned nothing as a professional and still fights just like a three round amateur who used to wear a head guard. What he hasnt learned at this point as a professional he is never going to learn, so its time to retire. Thats his fault and the fault of his trainers, to fail to turn him from a top level amateur to a top level professional.

    A David Price at this point doesn't have much to offer anyone to be honest

    A nice guy & all that & has had his moments but generally I don't think he was made to be a fighter at pro level

    I'm not sure he does 'KO' people

    I've seen no evidence of it, the last few have gotten up from the shots

    IF he could land on Fury which is a big IF, Fury has got of the canvas many times to beat people and has never been close to being KO'd

    Good comeback Fight. I feel Fury needs at least 2 fights before going in with Joshua.

    Tbh fury needs 3 fights quick turnover before facing anyone. I don't just want to see him simply lose weight. I'd like to see him sharp active and above all happy with absolutely no excuses. If he actually gets to this point (which i doubt) he absolutely wipes the floor with anyone

    Not as much as you like Price though so hardly impartial!

    On a serious note, lose lose for Tyson. He most likely wins but, if he doesn't brutally KO him, or if the unthinkable happens no chance of the money fight vs AJ

    I disagree, if a miracle happens and he gets beaten by a mug fighter like Price he is clearly not fit to take on Joshua. No point seeing Fury in with a Eurobum. Remember what he did to Hammer? Get in shape, fight Price on his return, then maybe someone like Browne, and then straight in with AJ.

    He's already destroyed Hammer. Replace him with someone like Brezeale maybe.

    I think Manuel charr is a good comeback opponent. If he can't beat him it's time to give it up. No point fighting hammer again the first fight wasn't a thriller

    i think Brezeale would be too soon...he will need a couple of names but bums before AJ imo

    think of promoters pov too ££££££££s,maybe even Price,Chisora then Whyte before AJ...
