Without context, your statement means absolutely nothing.

It means he scored twice as many knockouts.

Probably the same people who think Tony Tubbs would lose to Tommy Burns.

Ive seen the film on Carnera honestly he's horrible and just big. The comparisons with Wlad are completely idiotic because while their styles may have some semblance Wlad was the better boxer the better puncher and MOST IMPORTANTLY his feet were sooo much better and smarter than Carneras its not even funny. Carneras limited success is just further proof how much size can help

At least Carnera knew how to fight on the inside, if a smaller fighter got inside his range.

Wlad just hangs onto them for dear life.

    Carnera was more complete.

Agree about Wlad's incompetence on the inside but statistics and resumee aside if you showed Carneras tapes to a reputable boxing trainer and he didnt now who Carnera was I think they'd laugh at him thats just my opinion. Maybe there is something magical about him having fought before the 50s that makes him special and much better than the footage suggests but I really dont see it. If he fought the way he does in the tapes, today, he'd get knocked out by anyone in the top 20 at HW

No, he basically had all the key superheavyweight skills, and a few more.

Superheavyweights are technically flawed as a group, because they can fall back on their size so easily.

This is a guy who basically did as much as he could with his natural talent.

The only way to make him significantly better, is to give him a better punch, or a better chin.

I disagree I think he could have improved his punching form(especially his jab), his defense and his footwork significantly

By not dropping his hands after his punches, bringing them back to his face. Snapping his jabs more instead of pawing with them/dropping them in a way that invites a counter right. Now his defensive liabilities can be explained by him facing mostly men much smaller than him, resulting in him having less respect for an opponents punches in general. Only a few punchers were able to really punish him for his defensive liabilities and i understand why defending himself may not have been a top priority. He has multiple problems with his footwork, some of them can be explained for a lack of respect for his opponents strength and power as well , but If carnera had been born in the 40s or later Im pretty sure he'd have faced the type of guys(bigger skilled guys) that would have forced him to improve his skills.

    It's his style.
Klitschko does similar things. Don't you think?

    Wlad has better feet.
He was better in almost every area.

But why are you talking about his feet now?
You mentioned Primos paw jab, and not bringing his gloves back to his face...
