If Whyte had a game changer I could see this being more interesting. But he doesn't.

Parker doesn't likely KO him, but he'll just box his ears off. Whyte's too unskilled to capitalise on Parker's flaws, and he doesn't have the physical tools to beat him in any area.

Wrong quote but what is all this nonsense about the chisora whyte beat being "shot" ? That was far and away the best chisora I've ever seen.

When fighters know it's their last true shot and they've been a lazy **** their entire career they get in the best fight shape they can.

He's never been an elite HW, he's on a takam level but he fought with everything he had. It's clear most on here don't have any idea what a shot fighter is.

We have the most ignorant fans in all of sports, sadly the loudest too, all screaming pure ignorance all day long. I bet Jr is Shot too, heck he's lost 2 fights in the few years, he must be shot and not just lazy

Then why'd he struggle against Chisora?

Eventhough that Chisora really impressed me if you saw him the fight before against Pulev he was absolutely shocking. However the Chisora that fought Whyte would give any HW outside of the top 5 problems including Parker.

Boxing has very fickle fans, your only as good as your last performance for most of these fans.

If Whyte was any good at controlling range he'd have made Chisora look bad as well. The fact that he has no clue allowed Chisora to fight his fight. Pulev jabbed him and tied him up when he got into range. That's why the two performance look worlds apart.

You really love talking out of your ass, don't you? Chisora was about 10 lbs heavier against Whyte than he was against Pulev, and I thought he still did enough to deserve the nod. Whyte wouldn't have won more than 3 rds vs Chisora from the Vitali and Helenius fights.

The only disappointing thing about the Razvan fight was that Parker didn't stop him. Otherwise it was a comprehensive victory. Whyte gets hit big in every fight he's in and loses rounds to guys on that level. His defence and command of distance is atrocious.

Whyte went life and death with a Chisora that people had written off as a corpse at the world level from Fury II and Pulev. I don't think Chisora magically got young. Whyte's not a world level fighter. No shame in it- I'm still happy to see him fight.

Parker's not a top 5 heavy H2H right now, but Whyte's not going to beat him.

Wilder doesn't deserve to be rated behind Joshua until he fights a legit challenge in the top five, either Joshua himself, Wlad, Povetkin or Parker. Haye is finished at the top level, and it remains to be seen if Fury is ever coming back. If he does then he can be considered.

Ortiz is still a danger man in the division and one who could theoretically beat anyone in the top ten, including Joshua. Pulev is on about Takam's level. Might even be a bit worse right now. I don't rate him highly at all, and aside from his jab he possesses zero problems for Parker. I hope that fight gets made so that Pulev can get kicked down the rankings. He doesn't deserve to be anywhere near the top five based on his recent showings.

Parker's still learning and can improve from here I'm sure. There's no need for him to cash out against anyone.

I somewhat agree with you but I would have picked that version of Chisora to beat Pulev. Pulev did an excessive amount of holding it would have made Wlad blush. Whyte fought Chisora off and barely held him.

I don't disagree with you there. Pulev fought to spoil Chisora's inside work and made the fight tedious to watch. But he still controlled him a lot better than Whyte did.

It's hard to tell how much of Chisora's performance was down to Whyte and how much was down to himself. I suspect he did fight above and beyond his normal limits, but Whyte also played into his hands. Put Chisora in with Pulev again and watch the same situation unfold as before.
