We've all seen his laughable performance in the Mayweather-Maidana fight, but last night he was at it again.

As soon as Chavez leaned in he screamed "watch the head".

The very limited number of punches Chavez did throw to the body he screamed "keep them up". On one occasion the punch hit Canelo's lat muscle... half way up his back

He's a scum bag. Straight up. I GUARANTEE he refs the Canelo-GGG fight in September.

Thats what I was thinking but he was overprotective in the Floyd v Maidana fight and last night the minute Chavez went in he was screaming about heads and low blows that never where.

Not that ive made any difference Canelo was on a different level to Chavez.

Agree though he used to be one of the best.

Everybody has a price. Dude is damn near 70 years old and probably has not got enough saved up to live comfy. Refereeing pay sucks.

What are you talking about, he's the best ref out there.
Talk about why Chavez seemed to throw 5 punches a round instead.

Chavez would have lost anyway, as people in this thread have already pointed out.

The thread is about how it's becoming increasingly obvious that Bayliss has an agenda in certain fights.

He should have plenty saved up after that performance in Maidana-Mayweather 1.

    It was farcical.

He didn't ref Mayweather-Maidana 1. It was Tony Week,s who let Maidana get away with a tackle, attempted knee to the groin, and a headbutt that opened up a cut. And he still got beaten easily by an aging 37 year old Floyd whom he had 17lbs over.

it sure looked like he was paid off. i remember when Chavez Jr. had Canelo on the ropes for the 1st time in the fight, and was about to put a hurting on Canelo. he started to land some good combinations. then here comes Kenny Bayliss to save the day. He's yelling at Chavez to stop, and keep his punches up when they weren't low at all. every time Chavez would throw combination punches Bayliss would stand in extremely close proximity and was breathing down Chavez's neck.

So because he didn't let maidana headbutt low blow hit in the back of the head and knee pbf like weeks did he sucks? You're one stupid ****ing troll. Bayless was fine last night. JCC jr could have had his father as the ref and he still would have gotten a beating.

Well exactly. Tony Weeks let them in-fight in the first bout, Mayweather crew saw how dangerous that was so oooo sheeet better get in sell out Bayless to stop that from happening next time.
