I remember Parker's side talking about it not long ago as a serious option, and Wilder seems up for it too. If Parker backs out now it is not going to look good for him, despite what people are saying about Wilder right now.

If Parker does not take the fight, it will be him that gets the stick.

If Parker ducks the usual clowns will just find some way to blame it on Wilder. Its pretty evident to normal people that Wilder is well up for the fight.

Why should Wilder duck Joseph Parker ? He calls him out all the time, if Parker wants the fight as well then the
fight is going to happen, if not, then we all know who is responsible for it and it's not Wilder.

You're the court jester of this forum... 'normal people' You defend Wilder only to be contrarian and because the people who have made a fool out of you are all critics of him. Can you be anymore transparent?

In all fairness, Wilder does seem to want this fight, and Parker was up for it before his last fight. I think if the fight does not happen it will be Parker, and not Wilder that is avoiding it, because I can see why Parker would want to take another voluntary after what people are saying about his last performance.

Let's see that inside info that you must have to take Wilders side and not Parkers. We're waiting.

I'll believe it when I see it.... Parker hasn't been coddled for his entire career like Wilder, so there's no reason to believe anything Wilder or his backers say regarding big fights unless there's proof that says other wise. It's just hearsay and hot air, and hot air from a guy with a track record of being coddled and steered away from top opponents doesn't garner much credibility.

I don't have any inside info. Never claimed i did.

You made a claim that i questioned . You couldn't answer and attempted to squirm your way out by making it all about me. Its not about me. I don't want to talk about you , so you don't talk about me , understand?

What does his track record suggest? When has he called somebody out before , then reneged on his willingness to face the person he had called out?

We're going to find out real soon if the fight is going to happen, or not, and I think it will be pretty easy to figure out who is avoiding who one way, or the other.

They both really need to fight one another to give either of them credibility.

I know Wilder fought Stiverne, but that was over two years ago, and he needs another tough fight next to look like a real threat.

Parker needs a big win to give his belt any credibility, he fought a far worse fighter than Wilder did to earn his belt. I don't think Ruiz was even ranked in Boxrec top 20.

Someone is going to get the blame if the fight does not happen, and I believe the right person will get the blame.

I d stay away from wilder atm if i was parker. Needing a few more fights. Think the arm reach is what will kill him in the end. He,d be a good fighter parker if it was more competetive with the bigger guys...fury. joshua. Klitchko. Wilder. Etc.
Opponent last nite was just one of them tricky guys that are more effective that they look. But it kind of gave you an idea how he,d do with the slightly bigger guys with longer reaches. If i was parker...i d go for another 3 or 4 like maybe bellew/whyte/chisora etc tops atm. Good solid tests

I expect that Eddie Hearn is going to easily outbid Al Haymon / Wilder for one of his fighters to get a crack at Parker's WBO belt, either Bellew or Whyte.

I won't be blaming Wilder for that of course, however I don't think it would be fair to criticize Parker harshly as at his age he can't be expected to turn down far bigger money (Al is no longer dishing out money) + the easier opponent.

Its lolly water, marketing hype. You know why so many athletes have been caught with it? Because of corrupted supplements like recovery drinks etc.

Athletes these day can't afford to take any supplements period as there is no real guarantee of what you are getting.

There are only 2 serious types of PED's, Anabolic Steroids and HGH, anything else is pretty much marketing hype.

Parker's options next are - Hughie Fury, Tony Bellew (if they pay Hughie to step aside) or Deontay Wilder.

It could be any of them. But not Whyte.
