AJ is 6'6", 250 lb, sub 10% bodyfat. That is not natural. That's more or less the lean mass of a prime Arnold, who openly admits to having taken steroids. I'm sorry the two of you are so ignorant of fitness, but the numbers just don't add up. In fact, saying it's not natural is a gross understatement. It goes into laughable territory. It is laughable how stupid you two are to believe he is natural. He could look as he does at 5'6" and perhaps be "natural," but at 6'6," the mass required is just too much.
It actually doesn't matter much. The point was about lean mass, which includes skeleton sure, but at a few inches it's not that big a deal.
You exposed yourself as a total noob with that Arnold comparison. You (most likely) know nothing about fitness, natural muscle composition or steroids.
It's totally possible to be natural and you, Sir, are talking absolute rubbish. No two humans are the same and we are dealt a number of genetic cards at birth. AJ was dealt kindly. To talk about the human body as a singular prototype is complete nonsense. Different rules apply to each individual and extremes apply in both directions.
Lebron james is only 2 inches taller and weighs 250, Is he also bulked up on steroids to add extra muscle mass to play basketball?
That's all well and good but the point is he is tested randomly and required to inform the UK Anti-Doping (UKAD) of his whereabouts at all times. He passes these tests. Do I believe he is paying the UKAD off to keep quiet about his positive drug tests? No not a chance. That's just conspiracy nonsense from a Tyson Fury fan
Of course it's a big deal. If you're 5 inches taller than someone your lean mass (and lean muscle mass) is going to be (probably or potentially) considerably more naturally. AJ is 6'6. Schwarzenegger maybe 6'1 (some say less). It's not a good comparison.
It's a perfectly fine comparison as long as you remember Arnold was smaller. Arnold was like 235-240 and he focused exclusively on mass. That's the point. Arnold wasn't an athlete and AJ isn't a bodybuilder and yet AJ approaches Arnold (if you keep in mind height differences).
Just lol at lebron james bulking up on steroids to play basketball adding unnecessary weight to slow him down and make him tired. Just accept the fact we have some super athletes with great genetics. You sound like the typical gym goer who can't make any gains so everybody else must be on the juice.
