Not an honourable move. We know Canelo is the A side and even if Canelo were to lose, GGG would have gladly grant him another match as it will be another huge money fight. There is no need to put a clause to state that. This clause essentially denies the champion's right to win back the belt in case of a loss.
No, it denies him an automatic rematch at a set price. He can still earn a shot or negotiate terms for one, but the A side would be even more at an advantage. That's life. If he didn't like the terms, he didn't have to sign. He likely agreed to that in order to get something else he wanted -- more money, probably.
