Has there been a worse exaggeration than "Brook exposed Golovkin?"

He didn't expose him, but he stung him and landed on him like no fighter has before and that includes Jacobs.

Had Brook not sustained the injury, which credit to GGG was caused by his power punching, then I believe Brook would have gone the distance and the cards would have been close.

That round 2 from Brook was edge of your seat stuff and it was amazing after all these years to see someone go toe to toe with Golovkin and be successful.

Brooks is a talented fighter . And used his speed earlier.
But its 12 round fight not 3 .

I Have no idea why people say this ****. GGG broke Kell brook and he got exposed? Like in what reality does people live in.

He had his orbital bone fractured a very common injury in boxing. It wasn't even as bad as other fighters who fight with that same injury only much worse and still win or finish the fight.

He was Golovkin's first top world level opponent. Despite moving up 13 pounds he showed everyone that Golovkin when faced with quality opposition can be very vulnerable. Golovkin was very lucky Brook was a career WW and not a true MW.

 

Maybe one day

 

Once again, what did he do? He got his head smashed in and lost. He didn't look good aside from a combination or two and looked like he was gassed.

 

Yeah it's pretty weird. People seem to think Golovkin is a god and they also don't seem to understand that for Brook Golovkin is the slowest guy he has fought at a top level and Brook is the fastest guy Golovkin fought at a top level. That matters a lot. They both actually did really good things in their match that aren't talked about.

 

Once again for you, the WW Brook was able to easily land his leather on the much bigger, much stronger, more powerful Golovkin. Had Brook been adapted to MW he would have probably found more success against Golovkin than he did. When had you ever seen Golovkin get hit as much and as clean as the WW was hitting him??

So what did Brook do you ask? He simply just showed the public that as Golovkin looks incredible against B and C level opposition. Golovkin is fortunate Brook is a Welterweight.

The Jacobs fight confirmed what the brook fight showed us. Again, that as he steps up in quality, he doesn't look as unbeatable.

 

Orrrr ... Brook, the bigger guy, landed his best punches on Golovkin, who just walked through them, and laid down such a beating that he put him in hospital before the halfway mark.

Jacobs is the consensus #2 who dodged cutting weight for the IBF belt, who is massive compared to GGG, who fought the fight of his life ... and yet still got knocked down and outboxed.

Yeah, Golovkin was exposed
