The fuss is there is no fuss...the troll Dago Dope thought it would be smart to repost this on here from another forum ( i already posted this ) and now he looks like an idiot. Thats the fuss...lol

 

Wouldn't @GALVATRON be the hardest hitting guy in your gym?

 

The thing was i also was hitting it also over 2 hours..im also not a southpaw.When i get back in shape will post another one.I have pro HW boxers at my gym...rest assured they DONT hit harder than me. Some guys have even fought Wilder there.We also have muay thai kick boxer champions who say my body shots are harder than there leg kicks. One thing for sure producing a strong wrist foreman and developing training in hand strength also increasing my tendon strength throughout the years has develope much more power than i had even in my 30's. i even had a guy in the gym approach me and say i had one of the best left hook he seen( i dont think so) ..this was a former kick boxing world champion who had fought 3 decades. My body shots are another story.....i also have other methods i use to generate power you wont find on ANY vid on youtube from pro boxers, though Lucas Browne did do something similar in a vid i saw and he has me by what? 100 pounds ? lol.

I don't know, it's possible.

Assuming that he can hit hard whithout standing in one spot.
If Galvatron can hit the bag like that while mixing it up with jabbing, boxing, movement, etc,
Then yeah it looks as though he could def be one of the harder hitters.

Wouldn't surprise me too much given his experience.

 

I would love to hit the same bag as Galvatron because he's someone who hits like me.

Or Title bags at your gym?

Also, do you think power punching the bag like that for hours ever effects your head in any way?

Absolutley not. He knows alot of stuff looking it up,but hes been training no more than 3 years if that.of course he likes to tell others he knows more and dissect others vids with his own faults? Hopefully he stops trolling on here,he really doesnt take advice well and then mocks ppl,hes done that to real fighters on another forum in the training section.one of his confidons is a man named Corso,a typical condoscending nostalgic nut who also thinks he knows it all bc he trained junior olympics in the 70's yet 3/4 of what he says is backwards all around . Just examples of how certain ppl seem to flock together.

 

What do you mean effect head? Like rattle? Long term punching certainly effects equliberium but you adapt to it. My heads Fu'ked anyway so really it does little to me!

Aqua bags,im not a big fan of water bags,ive broke some and really they dont offer as solid impact on them as a stuffed bag.The bags i hit mimick the human body a bit more.as stated to truly hit a heavy bag the best you need low hanging ones and more than one chain holding it up.

We have title bags/everlast shorter bags..i'll post some vids maybe in june.The advantage at my gym is we have two boxing rooms/bag set ups and they use the 4 chain short hung set up...one bag i use is a uppercut bag chained on a iron beam going sideways where you hit it and theres no giveway,so you develope shoulder and hand strength,the shock absorpion is alot so it also toughens your arms up....one room has the ring, strong man lifting ....etc...

 

Haha yeah makes sense. That's what it feels like, adjustment.

Yeah I honestly hate the impact of the aqua bags. It's good for mixing head movement with footwork and some lighter punching. But it doesn't absorb power punches as nicely as real heavybags. My hands feel like they bounce off.

What about the pro fighter heavybag footage on youtube? Which fighters have impressed you as having power comparable to yours? I recall a video of Danny Garcia hitting the aqua bag-- do you feel that your hook is more powerful than his?

 

I mean from like amatuer footage on forums.
