Has there been a worse exaggeration than "Brook exposed Golovkin?"

    Yes. "Ward exposed Kovalev and Cracked his code doe!" is a tad worse.

    SOB lost the fight, the vast majority of fans had Kovalev winning the fight easily. Harold Lederman had it 116 - 111 for Kovalev......................that fight was not even close. Now SOB refused to fight Kovalev unless SOB got to pick the judges and referee, SOB refused to allow neutral judges, so what is that? SOB knows he needs criminal judges or he will lose the fight.................

    Yea. The worst exaggeration I've seen are the photos and comments comparing Joshua to Ali after beating Klitschko lol

    I posted this in another thread but...

    I'm a big brook fan I'm going to the spence fight but I believe people overrate his performance in that fight, he was badly wobbled in the first and golovkin was just headhunting most of fight.

    Golovkin didn't seem to fight with the same composure he usually does. He sustains pressure in most fight but this he just seemed to be swinging even when out of range which we don't usually see him do.

    You can't seriously believe this. Lemieux is the #3 MW and the same size. Murray is bigger than Golovkin. If anything, Golovkin is usually the smaller guy than his opponents.

    As for the Jacobs fight, sure, some people can give every benefit of the doubt to Jacobs. It doesn't change the fact that he was out-thrown, out-landed, knocked down, and backed up with the jab most of the fight. He did a great job. He was also 10 pounds heavier and a few inches taller than Golovkin, which every expert has said helped him greatly skipping the weigh in. He still lost but it doesn't change the fact that Jacobs is still an elite fighter.

    An elite fighter with an egg shell chin that has been cracked multiple times.

    Lemieux is a Gatti level fighter at best.

    He had no size advantage. He was outweighed and barely had a height or reach claim he couldn't and didn't use.

    You mean..."POWER" advantage.

    Geale the feather fist who was already in survival mode? Recall that at that point in the fight Geale was already dropped, was getting walked down. GGG had just tagged him with a mean left hook to the body. Notice Geale has his back to the ropes while he threw that punch. GGG don't counter when the opponent can bang

    This was your statement "When an opponent is throwing punches, GGG just backs up with the high guard. He doesn't throw with you." You didn't outline exceptions.

    Is this another exception? You know what they stay about a statement with too many exceptions..
