GGG's people have already said he only fought Danny because he was a mandatory, and Danny's not a big enough draw at this point to fight again. They've made it clear they're moving on.

This clear UD loss to GGG will be his career mantra. He has bought into the agenda that he won the first fight and will keep spinning and promoting this faux narrative to keep himself relevant. The guy really is nowhere near this Saint many of you make him out to be.

I hope Golovkin can get past this avalanche of a screw job that is awaiting him in September so he can crush Jacobs once and for all.

Jacobs could not hurt Golovkin at all, but Golovkin hurt Jacobs. Why didn't he knock Golovkin out in the first match, he was sure he would by not taking drugs tests, breaking the rules of the night of the fight weigh-in, so that one title was not on the line. Jacobs could not hurt Golovkin as a Cruiserweight, that says something..........

Dude deserves a rematch, but down the line, Canelo vs GGG is the fight in demand right now

I think we're going to see the best GGG to date in September and he'll get rid of Canelo in 9 rounds.

Then Jacobs will be thoroughly beaten next time instead of a competitive but well deserved decision in favor of GGG.

If Jacobs wants a rematch he should fight Charlo next, perhaps Lemieux after that. However, if Jacobs insists on fighting as a cruiserweight, he should fight Usyk next..........

Danny did more than well enough to warrant an immediate rematch
but he knows he won't get one, he said it would probably happen
    down the road. He's realistic.

Danny has clearly carved out a niche as the 2nd best MW, I think
he should take a fight against N'dam, as a stay busy, then try
    to get B. Saunders.

Sounds a lot like Kovalev. The boy had Ward down, but didn't find a way to finish. Now Kov, much like Jacobs, is talking like he's gonna KO Ward. Well, if it's that easy, why didn't you guys do it in the first fight? SMH

    Yep
    Good post

Jermall vs DJ would be a great fight too. They both work with Haymon so it would be easy to make.

N'dam would be a decent fight, even though he got obliterated by Lemieux, but if we have to wait till September/October to watch DJ fight again I want it to be a meaningful fight, not a tune-up.

A tune up would be acceptable for july

This. Jacobs showed up to survive and he did, but he was completely out boxed. Jacobs needs to face reality.

Jacobs deserves a rematch but it's hard to give Golovkin abuse for not giving him one right now.
