Wild swing and miss by Avekyan, duck by Kamanga ...aaaaand, clinch. Repeat x10. Body jab by Kamanga. Incredibly wild Abrahamesque slapstick frenetic palm-to-sky arm-wiggling body combo attempt by Avekyan, somehow even more embarrassing than when King Arthur does it. Kamanga is standing in the center of the ring now, bored, watching Avekyan. More hot steaming pile of **** body shoeshining attempts from Avekyan. Kamanga just slides clear of them and leaps at his foe, landing a couple of thuds on the chest but getting enveloped in a clinch by Avekyan's gangly arms. Solid hook finally lands for Kamanga, sending Avekyan keeling to one side but he recovers instantly, not that hurt. Avekyan jumps in to plug an uppercut into Kamanga's stomach and then puts the clamps onto Kamanga's armpits from underneath with both forelimbs.

Round 4

Kamanga is ducking at medium-long range, giving Avekyan plenty of distance and respect for some reason, darting in to jab his throat and then receding again. Ref docks a point from Avekyan for something or another. Holding would be my guess. Or just flat out sucking. Kamanga is ducking Avekyan's virginal-teenage-boy's-index-finger-seeking-his-girlfriend's-clitoris poky jab, letting it slide against his sideburns or miss altogether. Kamanga starting to come forward now and land glancing or partially blocked hooks and overhands in combination before Avekyan ties him up. Avekyan not even pretending his body shoeshines are anything other than a set-up for a clinch around the waist at this point.

Avekyan is GASSED, about to dry heave and visibly wincing at the prospect of getting off his stool.

 

Going the hard eight isn't a good look here. Avekyan has been stopped literally a dozen times, and has mostly campaigned south (for a good spell, well south) of welter.

 

Round 5

Kamanga is tied up, busts loose, cracks a gazelle hook springing off his bent knees, and gets tied up again. Rinse and repeat a few times except he misses some of the hooks when Avekyan flails his entire upper half backward, slipping the punches (and not tipping over prostrate) more or less by accident. More clinches. Cutesy "see I'm still in this doing stuff" body shoeshines inside by Avekyan.

Aveykan looks like death warmed over, while Kamanga is fresh, breathing easy, smiling, and bouncing on his heels in the corner between rounds. Okay, so this is a walk in the park for you, a light gym day. THERE'S A PAYING AUDIENCE, GOOBER, FINISH THIS GUY AND MAYBE YOU'LL GET MORE TRANSCONTINENTAL INVITES AND MAYBE ANOTHER SIGNIFICANT MATCH SOMETIME IN YOUR PRIME.

Round 6

Kamanga is leaping and hooking. Avekyan is doing his Inflatable Wacky Tube man impression on defense, and clinching and washboarding Kamanga's tummy offensively. Gum shield of Avekyan out, maybe intentionally. Time in called with no point taken, although ref looks annoyed. It becomes academic moments later when the ref waves it off as Kamanga just continues swarming Avekyan, with no real climax.

TKO6!!

 

Yeah...like, exactly nothing happened. Avekyan was getting batted around the ring, sure, but that was no different from the previous 5½ rounds. I guess the ref just shared our sentiments and didn't want a front row seat to another 2½ rounds of that.
