I was told I was lying so here is the video.

Terms have been agreed, only need to agree date and venue, this is definitely Wilder's next fight now. Stiverne has refused to take step aside money.

Then Parker should focus on beating Tony Bellew in his next fight.

Well... that sucks. Wilder is irrelevant until he faces a relevant opponent.

Wilder is going for a record with the most irrelevant HW reign ever.

it'll probably take 6-8 months to get stiverne into a ring too.

Well, can't really blame Wilder for this situation if this is the case. Hopefully he knocks out Stiverne this time round then moves on ASAP.

This is just one of those things that needs to be got out of the way.

if wilder is fighting this bum it really blows. now was his chance to get in the ring with the best in the division. everyone is free at the moment. instead he may fight a guy with nary a decent win in his career, whom he has already beaten.

This will be a hard fight to sell as the first was so one sided. While Stiverne was ill first time round he's clearly lost what little drive he had after winning the title. He's fought once since losing to Wilder, showing up 14lbs heavier and struggling with a journeyman. I doubt he does any better this time round even if he isn't ill.

Wilder didn't appoint him as his own mandatory. He actually tried to pay him money to step aside.

Blame the WBC because they made the guy mandatory. I thought you would have known this already.
